I believe our stories are sacred.

They hold the cracks and rivets in-between and the light of the sunrise you didn’t see coming. The grief and the gold — and when voiced, we are reminded of the spiral, forever returning, showing us the way

I have walked many roads to get where my feet stand today. I’ve lived in the wild amongst nature and called foreign countries home. I trained for over 10 years to obtain NCAA titles as a college athlete and still yearned for more. I climbed corporate ladders, as a means to prove myself worthy, but felt empty. I have been initiated into Motherhood through loss and lost my father to addiction at 27. I chose to alchemize my grief and became a published Author at 29, just when I thought life was done with me.

Which led me to desiring to take my writing and creative pursuits more seriously. In, arrives, The Copper Spiral. All of my hearts deepest desires living and breathing in this space.

I found myself desperate for change, so I created it. It is never too late, to follow your dreams and birth visions anew amongst the odds.
